Q:What kind of file do you need for printing? 
A:Adobe Ai, PDF, EPS,CDR file is OK.

Q: What is the price of your packaging ?
A:The exact price is based on your final design. If you could tell us the dimensions, materials and qty you need. We can quote our best price for you.

Q: How can we get the sample,and what is the cost?

A: For the sample which we have stock. It is free. You only need to pay for the carriage fee. For custom sample, we will print as your design, we can also help you design it as your and requirements. The sample fee is USD $50-USD $100, Sample time is about 3-7 days.

Q: What is your payment?
A:TT / PAYPAL / WESTERN UNION / LC / CREDIT CARD is all available for us.
For small amounts which is less than 1000 USD, we prefer 100% deposit.
For large amount, 30% deposit, and 70% balance before shipping.

Q: How can we get the goods in our country?

A: By air or by ocean.
If qty is small, the total packing volume is less than 1CBM, we suggest air shipping, it needs 7 days.If qty is large, more than 1CBM, we suggest ocean shipping. It needs 20-30 days.
It will be easy if your have your own forwarder to take care of the shipping. If not, we have professional forwarder to help us do it.

Q: How can you guarantee your quality? If we don’t satisfied your quality, how will you do?
A: Normally we do samples for you to confirm everything, and production will be same as samples. If you worried about the quality problems.
