The sound bar remote control supports CEC protocol, you can use the TV remote control to control power on/off/volume adjustment of the TV and sound bar. The sound bar can connect to a TV via HDMI ARC and transmit high-definition audio, and the HDMI interface allows the sound bar to connect to smart home devices such as Alexa / Google.

What if there is no sound output?

Step 1: Change the output “(HDMI/SPDIF/Opt) Mode” on your TV correctly

Step 2： “Digital Output” setting should be set to “PCM” (default setting is “Auto”), any other setting will result in mute

Step 3: HDMI ARC must be properly connected to the HDMI ARC port on the TV

  Q: How to connect Soundbar with TV?

  A: a. First please confirm your tv’s input types.(Please note: Optical, HDMI, Bluetooth, Aux, and USB are supported)

  b. Please use the cables we provided for connection.

  Q: No Sound?

  A: a. Check if the volume is muted;

  b. Check if you choose the right input modes on the soundbar.

  c. Check if your tv’s input interface is corresponding with the audio cable you plugged in;

  d. Check if the tv interface is loose;

  e. Change a new audio cable to have a try.

  f. Please contact us if there is still no sound.

  Q: How to install the soundbar on the wall?

  A: a. First drill two holes in the wall;

  b. Then tap in the white plastic tube;

  c. Then screw in the drilled holes(two screws included), but expose a quarter outside;

  d. Hang the soundbar on the exposed screws via the keyholes on the soundbar.
